One (very happy) celebration

One Shared Object was a commission from Artsadmin UK to celebrate thirty years of commissioning and producing UK artists internationally. Seven performers attempted to keep as much water as possible in a single glass as it was passed between them. Seven individual photographs were taken and then combined into a single image.

Despite precarity and challenge Artsadmin has continued to work as an independent organisation with experimental artists for thirty years. Despite gravity, some water continued to remain in the glass…
